Wages and Revenue Sharing
Kooima Company offers wages that are competitive with other local employers. In addition to wages, we have a monthly revenue sharing program in which a certain percentage of each month’s sales is set aside and then split between all full-time employees.
Health and Wellness
We offer health, prescription, dental, life, and employee short-term disability insurance to full-time employees. We also provide on-site nursing services, free annual flu vaccinations, and a heart health screening every two years.
Our 401K Plan allows employees to save for retirement. Kooima Company matches 50% of an employee's contributions, up to a company contribution of 2% if the employee contributes 4% or his or her wages.
At Kooima Company, we believe a person's family should be just as important as their career. We allow our employees to have some flexibility in their work schedule to take care of personal or family responsibilities. We also give our full-time employees seven paid holidays and Paid Time Off hours, so they can rest and refresh themselves, and meet the needs of their personal lives.
